The company refused to honor its warranty even though the Miwa vacuum cleaner was not abused. If doing business with them, please be aware that their honesty leaves much to be desired.

They’re the worst company! First off they never sent the order! Secondly I had to contact them several times to get a reply! I canceled my order and I’ve been getting the runaround about my refund! I had to be rude and just sent another message about my money! DO NOT order from them! IF i ever get my money back I’ll double check the reviews before I ever buy anything again!

I had a razor, confirmed by Snapbuy that it was their product and still under warranty, and in the end thery refused to honor the warranty. I showed proof of purchase from Amazon, thery asked me to send a video of the broken part which they did, then replied with news that they would not fix it as it's not their product, no explanation. I'll never trust this brand again.

Wish I could give them no stars. Tried to cancel an order less than 12 hours after ordering it because I found many red flag reviews that I should have searched for before ordering. I fell for the Snapbuy advertising scams. Never responded back to me and ended up shipping the vacuum a month later without having provided any shipping info. I tried disputing the charge with my credit card company the day after ordering indicating strong suspicion that this was a scam company and their phone number was fake. But credit card rules in their favor. I don't know why companies like this are legally allowed to operate and I wish so much I could save anybody else from maki g the same mistake I did. Research your companies BEFORE you buy. I'm an idiot

This must certainly be a scam company. I ordered a vacum on the 29th of July it is now the 9th of September. After sending many,many emails none of them replied to. I am still waiting for my order. I notified them that i was moving home next week, but i still have not received any communication. Save yourself a lot of stress and do not buy anything from this company. I certainly will not do it again

This company has the worst customer service. They are quick to take your money then they are never available. Their e-mail addresses continously come back undeliverable. The phone numbers through my apaypal account, American Express are all fictitious. They ring and drop your call. I tried canceling my order 2 days after Iplaced it due to scary reviews. No response from this company. Then they just shipped it. Over one month now I receive it and immediately send it back through the USPS at my expense becauseIi was u able to reach them in the 14 day period for a return. It is now over one month. I have the tracking slip saying they received it back 7/8 and I called the number I got from PayPal and the call just dropped . Buyer Beware of this company they are actually in Turkey and customer service in Massachusetts!

They sold me a vacuum that would easily have failed Quality Inspection (dust cover issue) and they offered me 20% refund and I keep the vacuum. ...HUH? A few days later they offered 30% and I countered with 40%, which over a few weeks they occasionally email me that I'll soon have a response. I was SURE they've done this many times bc they used verbage to reassure me things would be OK, yet they were non-committal. After they agreed to a 40% refund ($113.50) they later decided just to NOT reimburse me !! They have NO plans to refund me.

Do not EVER purchase anything from Snapbuy. It took over a month to receive the vacuum cleaner after numerous requests for a tracking number. In the meantime, I had purchased another one from a reputable company. When I reached out for return instructions, for a refund, they offered a 20% refund for me to keep it. I said no, and a week and a half later someone finally reached out with return instructions. I had to pay for shipping myself and once again had to proactively reach out about the returned item. I received a response saying that the return had been processed and that I would be notified when a refund was processed. This was a week ago. I just reached out again asking for my return. I'll be surprised if I ever get it. This company is a scam and I would advise against purchasing anything from them.
