Hello Elena, I am having trouble finding an account matching your first name that is suspended on our seller section. I am only able to find a shopper by the name Elena that was suspended due to having 5 different accounts that were connected as belonging to the same person which is against our terms of service in order to prevent abuse of our sellers on our platform. Hello John, I am very sorry that you had an issue with verifying your phone number. If you reach out to us at [email protected] we should be able to help get your phone number confirmed! Some providers have issues with receiving sms from us, but that should be fairly rare as we use a very well known SMS service provider. I hope you are able to reach out to our support and get your phone number confirmed to be able to use our platform!

Also if any of those rebates you mentioned were not fixed please contact us asap at [email protected] even if they are old and we will 100% make sure that you get paid out, it's our top priority! I am sorry that you did not achieve the results you were hoping for with our platform. Unfortunately due to Amazon's terms of service we cannot control all aspects of launching a campaign, but we have recently launched a new survey campaign type that we have seen get as high as a 40% review rate. If your goal was instead to get ranked on Amazon for a certain keyword and your rank was not achieved I apologize, some keywords are very competitive and can be hard to rank for even with a big giveaway.
