Account manager disappeared and no one seems to answer any emails or skype messages. Money is owed and not paid for for 4 months of ads and offers.

Same as below. Scammed me for $200. Account suspended for "Breaking terms of service". Manager(s) blocked communication on skype. Dosent respond to emails. Stay away

I'd earned over 20k with them over a 2 year period. They were always very good with communication. One day my account was simply suspended, citing that I have broken the TOS. I've been trying to email them for months with no reply, they haven't replied to a single email. I still have no idea what I did wrong (if anything), I wasn't even active at the time, so I was earning passively, I had made no changes to the way we were using their services. My account got closed with $500 in, which I rightfully earned, and I cannot get any contact with them.

Adscend Media used to be reasonable and credit when surveys didn't pay as long as you had proof, but more recently they've been sending irrelevant canned responses refusing to pay even with full proof of completion on every occasion and it's become a lottery as to whether they pay or not. For example: a survey got to their very own final completion screen saying allow up to 1 hour for payment, but they still refused to pay when it didn't credit me with the same useless canned message and after complaining further they just ignored me, for this I provided screenshots of their final completion screen and even the end of the survey thanking me for completion where I also gave feedback. At the time there was also other reports of non payments which I heard about in the chat room on a busy site, but as usual they didn't want to know and effectively ripped a lot of people out of their rightful payments. I'm now still hearing of a lot of people not being paid for full completions on a regular basis, even today 1 guy spent a full hour on a survey and they didn't pay. They also own Hideout.tv where they've been banning a lot of people without reason including many people I know for a fact didn't break any rules and they won't listen, I strongly suspect their antifraud system is flagging some legitimate users and they never investigate or reinstate anyone, one guy even knew why and it was a legitimate reason, but they didn't want to know. Masses of people are also being blocked from rewards and their generic reasons as to why are non helpful while they keep the true reason secret which helps no-one. It's a great shame that Adscend Media has gone so much downhill to the point where they've become dishonest. What changed? I would love to hear their response to this and maybe if they improve I will update will review.

Get away from this site, are big scoundrels and scammers, scam with their offers and surveys, do not credit the points and the few points that have been credited to you over time they reverse....
