They should be able to assist you in investigating and recovering any funds I take customer service and order fulfillment very seriously, and I personally respond to every legitimate inquiry. I first received an email from you on May 16 which I responded to immediately upon receipt. (See below for those emails) Also, you indicated that you bought serums. I do not sell serums. Alice, Thank you for reaching out. I responded to your message last week as soon as I received it. I have never received any order, payment, or previous emails (prior to May 16th) from you until now. I’m truly sorry that you’ve had to go through this experience—it must be incredibly frustrating. Please consider contacting your bank as soon as possible to report the issue and request both a refund and any details about where the payment was sent. As a very small business owner, it’s heartbreaking to know someone may be using my name in this way. I truly appreciate your understanding and hope this gets resolved quickly for you.
