I bought services and was really simple other then some things I was confused about. Opened a ticket to get really quick and polite responses.

Support was always extremely fast and never had any issues over the time I used the hosting. Support team was great.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Smoky Ridge Solutions truly deserves the recognition. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Their support team is hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you. Every interaction was professional and smooth. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly, and even followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. It’s rare to find a company that combines top-tier service, reliability, and clear communication like this. If you’re on the fence don’t be. Smoky Ridge Solutions is the real deal. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Highly recommend!

Smoky ridge, is a great radio hosting service! They provide near instant support, they actually make suggestions happen, and listen to there community, my community loves the radio and say they prefer it over SCN, Sonoran radio, and other major radio companies. For the price this radio is 100% unbeatable and great!
