Fast delivery n safe but just hate that I got to go to post office everytime bc it doesn’t get attempted to deliver just straight to post office n I get note to pick it up wish I didn’t need the verification with signature all the time bc the post office is 10 min away from me if it could just get the order with no signature n it will be available to me at my door instead of post office

I had the greatest experience! My products were late to be delivered. I was upset at first and contacted them. Ben, the manager took full responsibility for being out of stock on my product and it shipping late. They refunded my entire order amount and still sent my product to me and offered me a discount for my next purchase. It is not often businesses take responsibility for their actions. I am so pleased and will only be buying from them in the future!
