I'm sorry to hear your package didn't clear customs. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and clearance by the destination country. These fees are out of our control and must be paid by the customer to their local customs office. If they are not or your order cannot be imported, the package will be returned to us and subject to a restocking fee as stated in our shipping policy. This fee covers the handling and labor for your order. You may read our full shipping policy at smokea.com/shipping.

As stated in our support response, the shipping service you selected at checkout is 6-16 business days. It has only been 6 days since your purchase and the order is not lost, just still in transit. After checking the most recent tracking information it appears to be out for delivery today. If you have any further questions please feel free to follow up through our support ticket.

The shipping service you selected at checkout has an estimated delivery of up to 1 month as this is an international order. As it has only been a little over a week since your order, the package is still in transit. We would recommend choosing an expedited international shipping service if you would like to receive your packages in a week's time. Edit: Unfortunately, we do not control prices nor the logistics of USPS. However, the service you chose was displayed at checkout and it is still within it's estimated delivery time.

Sorry to hear you misunderstood the product listing. However, as stated on the product description each product purchased is a single screen. Because you ordered three screens, that is what was shipped. If you are unsatisfied with the product you may return them at smokea.com/returns.
