I loved the look and colors of the Dogg lbs Westside Rider Bong, so I ordered it. I want to shout out to Smokea's shipping service team. Unfortunately, the bong arrived broken. I notified the team, they sent me a form which I filled out and they replaced it ASAP! I got the intact product quickly and it works as great as it looks! It is ergonomically designed to facilitate solid sessions. And it looks amazing in my display cabinet with my other high-end/collectable glass. Love the product! Love the seller!
