This business is a website, and a warehouse. And they still manage to take longer than average Joe selling things on ebay, to get their products in the mail. On the morning of the third day of my products not shipping, only tracking created, I emailed to ask. And "Mark" was not polite, short, borderline rude, and completely unhelpful in repeating the shipping terms. Yes, I understand that you have time to ship it, and that it will still arrive on, or before the estimated date, and yet, when a literal warehouse, built to efficiently move products, takes longer than my grandma to get something in the mail, then following up is valid. Mark seemed annoyed from the beginning. Terrible customer service.

Third and last order from this website, I'm beginning to think they ENJOY including bowls that wouldn't pass QA inspection anywhere else. It's probably one aspect of how they're profitable as a business, shipping products other businesses would return or take a hit on, cost wise. I really can't imagine anyone professional or even any real adults working here. When I've asked customer service they're ZERO help and very quick to toss policy in your face. We know the policy, we ask because companies usually aren't as low quality as yours. We ask because we think you care about us as customers. You clearly do not.

Two of my items didn't show. I tried several times to use Route with no success. I give up. I was ripped off and I'm not a happy camper.

Rude, insecure customer service rep "Mark" turned a repeat customer with a delayed package into a "never again" who texts all of their friends and says "ignore the recommendation I made for Smokea, their customer service is rude." Firstly, they don't understand people choose standard because we assume you're a legitimate business that will ship things on time. We don't assume you'll take the better half of a work week to wrap something in bubble and tape a box shut. So when people respond about slow shipping, they LOVE to throw "you chose this shipping!" right in your face, but that's not what we're talking about. You were slow to get it shipped. Secondly, I had a legitimate issue where my package was temporarily lost at a facility. What does Mark say? "You choose that shipping, read the shipping policy." Ok but that's not helpful, my package was temporarily lost. I called and resolved it, literally no thanks to the shipper. Then when I updated Mark with this information, he doesn't say he's happy it's resolved like a mature customer service rep, no, he's still insecure about my complaint of their shipping so he just responds, once again telling me to read their shipping policy. When you're too busy being insecure and defensive to do your job, you're too immature to work in customer service, period. I knew guys like that in high school and I'm glad to hear they're working at places like this instead of having success. THEIR RESPONSE IS PROOF that this company does NOT understand customer service. The only reason my package arrived on time was because I did their job for them, and followed up with UPS about it being at a local facility for 2 days too long. Look at the lies below: They said it wasn't delayed but UPS confirmed it was temporarily lost at a nearby facility for two days, this is why I contacted Smokea and was just repeatedly told to read the shipping policy, and very passive aggressively without any politeness like a normal company. They're so busy being defensive of their slow shipping that they don't seem to even comprehend the issue I had.

My package hasn’t arrived yet my number with the delivery service is wasn’t entered properly which caused my order to be delayed

Took 6 days to get my products. When I received my cbd oil. It was wasted and not a full gram. Will never purchase again.

Did not receive the item I ordered yet. I don't know why anyone would ship with USPS. Very slow

They actually expect me to give them money twice before shipping my product once.....while expecting me to rely on their "good faith " a refund has been posted...lol. Sounds confusing, right? All this for a stupid steamroller less than $25....lol. Onward through the fog.... So I place an order and they charge my card. Next morning I have an email from a 3rd party...NoFraud....claiming I have to respond to email before it ships. I click yes, and then wake up this morning with an email from Smokea telling order has been cancelled because of NoFraud response.They tell me I have to contact NoFraud myself to find out what's up. After contacting NoFraud, they claim ticket is now closed everything fine...go tell Smokea all is well. Smokea now said they can't just reprocess the order because they refunded the money....I have to REORDER AGAIN...basically giving them my money a second time and *hoping* they've processed my refund. (Just got off phone with my bank, despite them canceling my order 12 hours ago, my bank still sees no refund that has been processed) In all my years of doing business online....this is by far the most backwards and convoluted hoops Ive ever had to go through. All over something less than $25. Wow....just wow.....
