According to the carrier tracking, this order was returned to us due to an invalid or insufficient address provided at checkout. Once the package was returned, a refund was issued in line with our shipping and returns policy.

maybe trust someone else to ship your packages to your customers… usps may be the cheapest or easiest but are absolutely horrible to deal with and never can guess where your package really is with them. maybe i’ll get it who knows. thank you for the order atleast.

Horrible shipping ordered priority mail for it to arrive 2-3 days arrived 8 days later. Do not order special delivery if you don’t feel like getting scammed. Update: Your tracking updates and tracking information is shit along with ups get your priorities straight.
