Great customer service
When I finally was able to open my bong it was broken. They sent me another one right away after going through a few steps. Amazing customer service.

Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our products, breakage does happen on occasion but we're happy to hear that your damaged bong was resolved in a timely manner. We hope to see you back soon!
