Your order was returned to sender by the carrier due to an insufficient, incomplete or unknown address. This address was provided by you at checkout. We do not ship used products. However it is possible that your disposable may have been damaged during shipping. If you received a defective product and you’ve reported it to our support team, it will be replaced free of charge.

We want to be very clear that we do not sell counterfeit or “fake” products. All Torch items we carry are sourced directly from the brand or through authorized distribution channels. For this specific item, the cartridge style was updated by the manufacturer, which can result in differences between the packaging image and the unit inside.
