On June 23, 2021 (48 days ago) I ordered a product from SMOKEA with a total amount of $77.85 USD Order status: I have not received the shipment until this moment, nor any shipment notice. Let me explain in more depth why I'm sure SMOKEA.com is a SCAM. After waiting patiently for a while, without getting ANY update about a shipment - I reached out to SMOKEA by email, just to figure out what's happening. The response from the SMOKEA is just a silly text, They try to reassure you all is fine but it's nonsense, which is easy to tell, after I got the same exact response each time: "Thank you for reaching out to us! The item you ordered is fulfilled by a third party and shipping times may vary for these items. This is stated on the product page and shipping policy. Rest assured, your item is preparing for shipment and will be delivered soon. I have put in a request to the shipper to fulfill this order ASAP. If you have any other questions feel free to respond to this email." --SMOKEA SMOKEA do not even try to sound like they care. Therefore, I have to conclude that SMOKEA's website is a Scam with one and only purpose: taking your money. For the sake of transparency, my SMOKEA's order number is 276899

I ordered from smokea and paid for 2 day shipping. It has been over two weeks and my package has been going back and forth between facilities this whole time. I know this is obviously a shipment issue but I reached out to support over a week ago with no response. Very disappointed because I had high expectations.

This place sucks! Ordered a 6ft bong and they shipped it in too small of a container so the top was broken when it arrived. 5 days later still no update. No number to call. Place is a joke. Much better shops out there. Don't get scammed

On Sunday 6/20 I placed an order with expedited shipping for a pipe case for a total of $ 21.62. A few hours later I received shipping confirmation and a USPS tracking number. On Monday 6/21 the USPS tracking site stated that the label had been canceled. I contacted the sender and was told that this has been happening to their customers "daily" and that my only option was to file a claim with USPS because when it leaves their warehouse, they're no longer responsible. I filed a claim on 6/22 and received two emails from USPS on 6/23 stating that the label was canceled because the sender never provided the item to be shipped to me. I sent this information to smokea with attached emails and an inquiry about the refund they now owe me, and they basically responded with "yuh huh, the shipment DID SO leave our warehouse!", with no acknowledgement of the attachments I sent or my question regarding return of my money. I paid them to send me something, they did not send it, they blame the carrier who never received the item, and treat me like a fool while keeping my money.

This company sent me a broken item. I contacted their customer support and they told me to work with the manufacturer because this is a warranty issue. This is not a warranty issue its a FRAUD issue. I purchased a brand new item. They sent me a broken item. When I started a return request - they expected me to pay a $5 shipping charge to ship back an item they sent to me ----- which never worked. Stay away from this company they are fraudsters!

they pose as an "international" company, scamming people around the globe. they do not have any phone to call, and their "customer support" act like they care, when in fact they just give you run arounds. AVOID at all costs!!!

This company is a rip off. I would never buy anything from them again. No phone contact for defective products and their online customer service is unacceptable. I purchased a defective pipe and they offered me a partial store credit at first and then a less than a dollar glass screen. Worst customer service I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

Lost package, poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Rip off.
