My glass bowls were not tempered, and broke after a couple of uses
Response from SMOKEAMay 27, 2022
Sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your purchase. Most of our bowls are made of borosilicate glass which is the highest quality and most common for glass smoking products. Please feel free to reach out to our support with more information and we'll be happy to assist you.

Was suppose to be here by now and for some reason it’s across the states on MA.?! Doesn’t make any sense
Response from SMOKEAMar 7, 2022
Mariccia, I've looked into your order and it sounds like USPS may have been providing you incorrect tracking information as I have confirmed that your order was delivered to the address you provided at checkout on March 5th. In addition, I see that the order was placed Feb 22nd and that Free Shipping was selected at checkout. As stated on the shipping section of checkout, free shipping is delivered within 6-16 business days. Therefore, it looks like your order was delivered on time and to the correct address. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

I purchased 1 pipe for a great price. The pipe I received was broke/defective. I emailed Support, and am awaiting a response.
Response from SMOKEAFeb 4, 2022
Nick, I'm sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of glass, this does happen once in a while during shipping. Rest assured, we'll always replace a damaged item if it was damaged when you received it and hasn't been used. We were closed the last two days due to a severe snowstorm in our area so I apologize for the delayed response. However, it looks like our team has already gotten back to you and is working with you on resolving the issue. Thanks for shopping with us and have a great day.

I ordered my product and a day later was told it was out of stock
Response from SMOKEAFeb 1, 2022
Joe, sorry to hear there was an issue with our inventory. Rest assured, we've fixed the inventory on this product and we'll notify just as soon as it's back in stock. Sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you'll give us another chance. Have a great day.

Acrylic tube was rough cut on base end and leaked when filled with water. Contacted customer service about return or replacement, was told to send a picture. So removed the base and sent a photo of poorly cut edge. Customer service response was used products can't be returned and I should have inspected it before use. Hell, I just put water in the piece of junk. Never "used" it. Leaks like a seive! Don't waste your time or money with Smokea. Ripoff!

They'll just lose your order then take your shipping money. Arsholes.
Response from SMOKEADec 23, 2021
I've looked into your order to see what happened. The package was returned to us because of an invalid address. We sent you an email when we received it back to our warehouse and your order was refunded. If you'd still like the item in your order, you will need to re-place it with a valid address. If you have further questions please feel free to contact [email protected].

I paid extra for quick shipping and received a completely shattered pipe. I asked them to send another one if they could still deliver it on time, but if not, I told them I’d prefer a refund. I wanted the pipe for an event, so if I didn’t get it on time, I needed to look somewhere else. They sent it anyway and said I’m out of luck with the refund because I can’t ask for one after they send the pipe (even though I very clearly asked for a refund if they can’t deliver the pipe on time). It has now been a week since my pipe was supposed to arrive and I still haven’t received the replacement. The tracking info they provided said the pipe was successfully delivered…3 months ago, well before I purchased the pipe. So I have no idea when to expect it. Incredibly unhelpful and dismissive customer service. I’m not this kind of customer, but the experience was so bad that I will never buy anything through Smokea again, and I will strongly advise my friends to go elsewhere as well.

$97 ordered it may 6th still haven't gotten anything.
Response from SMOKEASep 14, 2021
Sorry to hear this. We typically ship all orders within 24 business hours. If you haven't received something from an order from that long ago there is likely an issue like it being lost by the carrier. If you could please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order information we'd be happy to look into this further for you and either reship or refund your missing item(s).
