It looks like your order is being returned to us for an insufficient address. When this happens, you will be provided a refund within 2 business days of it being returned to us. Your order is still in transit. As this is an international shipment and you selected "First Class Package International" as your shipping service, this service can take up to 21 business days. Sorry to hear you weren't happy with your shopping experience. However, you are correct that we are unable to replace or accept returns for used items, as stated in our returns policy. We do offer warranties that cover accidental damage for up to 3 years after your purchase but that was not purchased with this item.

As stated in our support responses, the images you provided us clearly showed a used piece. Our returns policy has a strict policy on used items. Had the item been brought to our attention before it was used, it would have been eligible for a return and replacement. We offered that discount on a replacement as a one time courtesy as our policy states that we do not replace or accept returns on used items.
