They don't care about refunds.
Some of their services they provide are just marked as completed, and when you make a ticket to get your funds back, as you didn't get the promised result, they will tell you that they'll notify the seller, and there will be no consequence after that.

Our first negative review, that’s no good! - as you haven’t included any information within your review, it’s hard for us to understand what orders you are referring to. I would heavily recommend you leave a follow-up reply on your ticket as we have no way of helping you if we aren’t aware that your problem hasn’t been resolved. Have a good day Kreg! 😊
