Smith Thompson was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad. What first interested me was the excellent monitoring rate but everyone I've come in contact with has been professional and courteous. I switched from another company and it couldn't have been easier. The technician installed the new wireless dialer in about 10 minutes, tested the system, explained who to call to set up passwords and provide the permit number, etc. The whole process took about 20 minutes. Follow up from the home office has been great. If you are looking for a new home security system or looking to change companies I highly recommend Smith Thompson

We just bought our first home and switched to Smith Thompson. The install was seamless, the price can't be beat and when we accidentally set the alarm off the first week, a sales rep called in seconds to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend them.

We bought a house and scheduled for the alarm system to be updated and activated the day after signing. Our technician showed up right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He quickly updated the system, helped set up access on our smartphones and cleaned up. We are extremely pleased with our system, monitoring and the price. I have accidentally set off the alarm and they call me almost immediately!

At $16.95 per month and no long term contract, this service can not be beat. Fortunately, I have not had to test what happens upon a breakin, but I was very satisfied with the install and response time to follow up technical questions I have had. I had no security system for years and am very happy I decided to activate Smith Thompson service. I highly recommend them.

Smith-Thompson is A-1 in customer service and response. I have accidentally set off my alarm a couple of times, and within FIVE SECONDS, I had a call from the company wanting to know if I was okay. I feel very safe, and the system is so easy to use. The technican Shawn was able to set up monitoring using the existing system in my home, and was very thorough in showing me how to use it. I recommend Smith-Thompson to all my real estate clients, because I know first-hand that they provide top-notch service, and at the lowest rates I've seen.
