We have really enjoyed our experience with Smith Thompson so far. The initial installation was very quick, and the service person that came to our house was very nice, punctual, and patient. He explained everything we needed to know about the alarm. The couple times that we accidentally triggered the alarms, Smith Thompson called within a minute to ask for our passcode etc.! Always so on top of things, and we have been more than satisfied!

If we set off the alarm they are on the phone before we can even turn around. Have never had this great of service.

Smith Thompson has very competitive pricing (they beat all of the companies that I checked with) and were able to use my existing system. They were on time, very professional, and very efficient. I highly recommend them for all of your home security needs.

We were referred to Smith Thompson through a family friend. They raved about their prompt and friendly service, affordability, and no contract service. We were skeptical at first cause it all sounded too good to be true. Turns out it wasn't! The service technician was out at our house at the drop of a hat, and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and clean (facemask, sanitizer, etc.etc.). Price/month is amazing & the service since has been flawless. I had ADT in the past, and will never go back. You can't beat Smith Thompson.
