We had Forward Home Security install a new wireless Smart security system today. The company was great about contacting us with their arrival time. The tech was professional and courteous. He explained all of our options and installed the system we felt best met our needs without trying to push more expensive options. The install was quick since we had a previous system. Overall we are happy with the service and the new system.
