Damm the people where great I tell everybody I know about smith monitoring. There prices and service are awsome I bout the touch screen key pad that can be set with my phone and a remote. And feel a lot more secure now thanks to Smith Monitoring.

They said they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00, they where here at 8:30. He introduced himself as Sam, "Sam I am" Very friendly, and professional. We got right down to business, he had paper in hand. Sam went over all the paper work until i understood every word. That Sam got my signature and my trust, Forward Monitoring, and Sam, " Sam I am"

David is very personable and efficient. The install went well and I am extremely pleased with it. Great help in setting up the system and going over features. Always nice to deal with a company and person that delivers on what they promise.
