Joe was top notch! He walked me step by step through the whole install and explained everything each step of the way. Went the extra mile to make sure everything looked seamless. Most techs would run the wire along the wall. Not Joe! He fished those pesky wires through the wall for a very seamless and professional look. Couldn't be more pleased. A++++. Would recommend to anyone.

Decided to move from my high cost provider. Getting so much more for my money. Thanks for everything!

This is a cool system, and the service is great.

First of all, the company was able to schedule my installation for the very next day when I called about service ... which was unbelievable, and I could actually have had an installation appointment the same day if I myself had been free to meet the technician. He arrived right on time, at the beginning of my time window which was also great. I had been under the impression from my conversation with the salesman that the new system from Smith would be able to work with the existing contacts and equipment I had from my former security provider. As it turned out it was not compatible, but even so, the installer was able to quickly adapt the plan to include everything I was expecting AND also provide me with replacements for the three door contacts, panel and wireless interface for the same price quoted originally. I was able to have the control panel located exactly where I needed it to be as well, with minimal invasion to the wall and no visible wiring. Looking forward to getting to know and expand my new system. I would recommend Smith Monitoring for anyone interested in upgrading to Z Wave technology for their combined security and smart home needs.

My experience with Smith Monitoring was exceptional. The salesman Chip explained the pricing and the work to be accomplinhed. No pressure of any kind. The installer Sam was very knowlegable and did a very professional job installing the system. My hats off to Smith for hiring Chip and Sam.

Donovan seemed as if we had known him for sometime. I felt as if we could ask him any questions and he would take the time to explain and not make me feel foolish. What an asset he must be to this company....I feel safe finally!
