Very professional and helpful; efficient install.
Was able to answer all of my questions and provide a lot of different options. Installation was relatively quick (for what needed to be done), with no problems.

Our technician Sean was terrific; he was straightforward about Smith's capabilities, knowledgeable about its competitors services and capabilities. Our service technician was the reason we ultimately decided to sign on the dotted line with Smith. David and Belize in Frisco, Texas

Ricky Artavia was our technician and did a good job with our security system installation and activation. Ricky was informative, and very patient with us as we evaluated all of the features, benefits of the smart security system we purchased,

Jeremy Art did a very good job.
I went with the upgrade and so far I am ok with that decision. I will have to wait and see how the system works, the tech service (I have the Extended Warranty) and the Customer Service. Originally I had 2 free months when I first signed up. Now with the upgrade I have no free months, but they did waive the installation fee. It still would be nice to get one month free. Thank you.
