Good prices . They know how to explain everything that they are offering. They have three choices. Each one has new additional equipment. For a two story house you'd rather get the smart home package with: motion detectors and a monitor etc... Then there's the bigger package that includes cameras. I barely got the alarm system so I can't wait to see what's in store for our future!

Smith monitoring showed up late due to another appointment taking much longer than expected. This was not there fault and they were very friendly and appologetic once they arrived. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I wasn't informed by the representative on the phone about the $50 permit required by the city in order to activate. Other than that, pretty satisfied with service. Technician Sean was very knowledgable and friendly.

Took a little negotiating to get everything the way it needed to be but were very lenient.
