Pete completed the install of my new Smart Home security system with Smith Monitoring, and overall it has been a great experience. Pete called me 20 minutes before he arrived, and he was actually early for my appointment. He took the time to walk me through all of the paper work and thoroughly answered all my questions. Install was fast and easy, and he also walked me through how to use my new security system. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd recommend Pete and Smith Monitoring to anyone looking for a new security system.

Smith monitoring was having a 4th of July special, so I called and they were SO great. They were willing to tailor the deal to meet my needs. Then when the technician, Ricky, got here, he paid close attention to my specific situation and made great recommendations. He gave me his expert opinion, and answered my questions thoroughly. I spent quite a bit of time on the phone with several different alarm compandies, and Smith was the best by far.

Pete was excellent and very resourceful. He overcame several challenges caused by how our new home security pre-wire was done. The power wiring for Takeover Module was cut in the wall, so he used attic hard-wired siren power wire, which was possible due to control module having built-in siren. U-Verse did not location for phone line by the security system location nor did wiring installer leave a second Cat-5 wire available for security system, so we had to go with Smart Home System using built in cellular phone.

I believe having a Smith Monitoring installed in my home was a wise decision. Sean did an excellent job of installing & explaining my new system. Many thanks to him.

My tech, Carlos M., showed up at my house in Houston on time and with a smile on his face. He was able to walk me through all of my concerns and came up with solutions on the spot. He was knowledgeable of the contract and contract terms and was able to explain everything. His training on the new equipment was very good. Because of the care I received today from Carlos, I have confidence that choosing Smith Monitoring was the right move for my family.

We called on a Monday to have our system setup and the tech arrived Tuesday morning to install our system! Great customer service and easy installation.
