We had a great experience with Smith Monitoring. The appointment setup was fast and easy. They confirmed the appointment the day before the install and were very flexible with us in our request to change the time of our appointment. Our service tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived early within our time window and was diligent with the install. Very professional and prepared. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Sam was hands down the best tech/installer I've ever had. He called when he was on his way, was super courteous the entire time, worked quickly and made sure we were satisfied before he left. Our installation was particularly complicated as our cellular service was too weak to work. Even though it was difficult and caused the install to take much longer, he troubleshot diligently and kept us in the loop the entire time. He tried every possible option, and when that didn't work, he came back a second day with more options, and then had to relocate the equipment that he spent the previous day installing to get everything to work. He did it all without once letting us believe that it would be anything but perfect once he was done (I probably would have given up long before). Sam is an incredible asset to your company and great brand representative. He deserves a huge raise!

Technician showed up on time and was a nice guy. He installed system and then took his time showing us how the system worked and did not leave until we understood how to use. People that we dealt with on the phone were polite and when they tell you they will call they will call. The company has done all that they said they would do and we are happy with all services they offer.
