Knowledgeable Service Technician and Great Customer Service
The service technician was very knowledgeable and patience in explaining all details regarding their equipment, as well as, answering all my questions. I would recommend to anyone needing a home alarm system.

Very prompt service with courteous technicians.
I did a search for home security systems and gave Smith Monitoring a call. They were able to get me a reasonable price, as well as the first two months free. Additionally there was no activation or installation charges. The technicians came out the following day as promised. They were very knowledgeable about the service, and were able to answer all of my questions before I signed anything.

Professionalism exemplified!
I was lucky enough to have Carlos come to my home and set up my Smith Monitoring system. Carlos is extremely professional, the most professional tech I have ever dealt with. He was also very thorough going over the paperwork, which is much appreciated when someone is signing a 36 month agreement. Sincerely, Martin C
