Great experience
Smith came out the same day I contacted them. David the Technician was very helpful and performed a great job in resurrecting our old security equipment that was here when we bought this house. I was glad to learn that the new equipment performed well and that I would not have to deal with escalating prices for this peace of mind and protection. I would rate this installation and information with a best rating as expressed in my Internet search of previous reviews, I found, before purchase. Thanks

So easy for us to replace our old system!
We bought a house with an existing Brinks system which was outdated. ADT was going to charge us a lot of fees up front to replace it and obviously more a month, so we went with Smith monitoring. The Smith technician came out a few days later and installed new control panels and everything for free and it's cheaper a month. As new homeowners, we were so relieved to find a company to do so much, on-time, and with good customer service.

Impressed with the knowledge of the sales people.
The price of the service is fair and offer good discounts. The installation is professional and service was done quickly. I would recommend this service to my friends and family.

Clean, courteous, excellent technicians.
Techs showed up on time. After working out keypad location they installed system quickly and cleanly. They where very courteous and cleaned up after. The instructions and easy to use key pad made programming a snap. I would highly recommend them based on my experience .

FANTASTIC TECHNICIANS
They were on time and did a great job of explaining every aspect of the installation as well as the contractual terms. They could not have been any better. I called Smith on Friday morning, they were here Sat morning and did the installation.

Great customer service and knowledgable.
I like supporting local small businesses and was very pleased with the service and professionalism from Smith Monitoring. They were very knowledgable over the phone and while installing. The installers were professional dressed and had great customer service with all installation aspects. I will be referring this to my friends and family.
