Love the fact that there is a handy little remote to use with the system in addition to the wall box unit. Employe spent extra time to explain things to me and made it easy without rushing me.

Gave us a reminder call 30 minutes away! The new key pad is much better than ADT. Should have changed to Smith a long time ago!!!
