The competitive environment for home alarm monitoring has yielded some doubts, at least with this consumer, that short cuts and/or hidden fees would result no matter who I selected based upon "phone promises". Smith delivered exactly what they say they would at the price quoted over the phone (to get my business). The installation was professionally accomplished by a knowledgeable technician and no short cuts were taken. I ended up with a state-of-the-art alarm system with no glitches and a comfort that I made the right decision in choosing an alarm system to protect my family and possessions.

I had been dealing with ADT for one week before calling Smith. I spoke with Sam. He listened to my questions and concerns. He was very efficient with the entire process. I had to get installed long distance (I am out of state) but after a minor hiccup I was set up. Dan and dawn came to the house the next day. Within 24 hours I was good to go. I think this is a great start. Anyone who has dealt with ADT understands what an ordeal that can be. So far I am very pleased. Love the ability to monitor from my phone. And the email alerts.
