The technician Rick is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the traditional system and the newer system with touchpad and app capability. He also checks the windows and doors making sure everything is working. Would definitely recommend Smith monitoring to friends and family.

We needed an alarm added to our business. We already had older equipment in our offices, but with the newer technology and the fact that you can see it remotely from where ever you are was a huge plus. Not only did the tech go over everything, no hidden costs, no hidden fees, he was not pushy to upgrade or sale more. Because of that fact, the newer technology and the price was only $5 more than the original bid, I would recommend Smith Security to anyone. It would be an added bonus at home or work due to all the amenities it comes with as well as just another step in feeling safe and secure in your environments.
