From the people in the front office to the field crew, everyone was in constant contact with our family and on-time. The crew walked us through the new system and made everything very easy.

With this being our first security system, Smith Minitoring was helpful and informative. They gave helpful suggestions and made all the paperwork and instructions very easy to inderstand. There is an app you can use to arm or disarm your alarm, which should be very useful as well. So far I am pleased with the service I have recieved.

The techs showed up on time, and were very patient with my two kids running around the house. They were very through when explaining all aspects of the alarm system. They went through step explaining the system. I would definitely recommend them.

The sales department was very informative and helpful and did the best to get me a fantastic rate! Installation was extremely fast and efficient with one person to do paperwork while the other does the install. Highly recommended!!

On 12/9/2014 Mr Lee arrived at our front door to install the Smith Monitoring System. Step one involved completing a series of documents requiring my signature and providing a voided check. I assume that is so the company can arrange auto payments. Mr Lee excused himself as he stated he must activate the system and it would take about 15 minutes. It did and his task of installation took him less than 30 minutes. His professionalism and his knowledge of the systems operation were appreciated. Note to Management: Keep him (Mr. David Lee) as he represents your company very well.

Our tech Daniel showed up right on time. He looked over our current disabled system & let us know what he would need to add, change, etc. He answered all of our questions and even explained all of our options. Everything that had been discussed when I scheduled the installation was exactly the same when Daniel presented the paperwork. Daniel was very knowledgable & friendly. I would recommend Smith Monitoring & definitely Daniel as the installation tech.
