Contacted me ahead of time so that I would have time to drive to my rental property for the alarm system to be installed. I have dealt with a lot of business companies trying to sell me things in a rush -- Smith Monitoring's technician & sales representative explained everything I was signing with no "Sales Man" pressure. No gimmicks; no fine prints; everything I signed was what I had discussed earlier with the sales representative via phone. The Technician cleaned up after his work very well and also advised us which location would be the best for the alarm box. The Sales Representative was patient when allowing me to read all of the paperwork that needed to be signed. Both my tenant and my questions were thoroughly answered. Overall, I was highly pleased with this company; this is why I continue to support local business. Thank you for showing exemplary work & customer service! I will be recommending y'all!
