Also they block all spam and sales calls at no charge and only charge for real business calls.

When I have ran into issues the support team i quickly able to help identify my issue and offer a solution. Having summaries of calls be sent to me via email allows me to review when I am able + allowing other staff to call back or reach out based on their preferred method of contact which Smith.ai gathers during the call.
