I love Smith.ai! I started using them for my law practice when I was about to go on maternity leave, and enjoyed the assistance so much that I continued with them and have been using them for the past 2 years. This has been a really convenient service and enabled me to focus on my work more and screen customers more effectively. They respond quickly to my messages and the receptionists are friendly, very professional, take good call summaries, and follow instructions very well. My clients have never complained about the receptionists so I know Smith.AI does an excellent job. I also appreciate that they keep their prices reasonable and affordable, unlike other vendors I have used for my practice who keep increasing their base prices for add-on services I never plan to use. Smith.ai has add-on services, but they are optional. Smith.ai is the best in the industry in my opinion.

I like that they are always doing their best to ensure that the client experience is how you I would want it, constantly updating my profile and information provided to my clients. They work well without requiring much input from me and take care of unwanted/spam calls before I even know they occurred.

Smith.ai has helped my business filter out spam calls from important calls, which is especially important in today's busy world. Their UI on the business side is seamless and has taken a lot of stress off of my shoulders.

I am very pleased with the service I receive. They are always prompt with responses to my questions and changes to my call handling. I have had no complaints from entertainment clients or podcast guest for the service they receive when calling in. Great customer service to me as their client as well as to my clients on my behalf.

As a law firm owner, I love the flexibility that using the virtual receptionist service and phone service provided by Smith A.I. gives me to work remotely so that I can balance work and life. Today, as I made the decision to allow all of my employees to work remotely, Smith A.I. gave me the ability to protect the firm (both employees and brand) while giving us a competitive advantage by allowing us to remain open. Smith.ai is an exceptional service for our law firm and they do not just answer calls for us. They first learned what our law firm specializes in, but perhaps more importantly, what we do *not* specialize in. Several people at Smith.ai who have answered calls were able to direct high-potential clients to the correct people within our firm. In addition, they were able to politely redirect others to better resources for their legal needs which we cannot handle.
