I met Smith.ai on a webinar. I was impressed with their value proposition of providing high-quality management of chat and phone. I have been using Smith.ai for several months now. I am impressed that my site offers chat with instant access to a human. So many sites make you wait hours or days for a response. People want answers NOW. Their onboarding team spent weeks with me (for free) setting up my chatbot and creating a system that will answer about 80% of the client's questions. I found trying to set up other chatbots like live chat, very challenging and with no support. I have never received so much help from a SAAS. My Chatbot makes me look very professional and gives me such a market advantage. I love to show it off to my clients. I will be adding phone support as soon as I get a VOIP system installed. Their support will give immediate access to prospects that I can't provide when I'm working with a client, or not working at all. (Nights and weekends) They provide a very knowledgeable team of salespeople who know how to convert prospects into clients. All while I'm doing other things. The stats show that 50% of leads are never followed up. Not at SavvyMarketing.ca !!! Prospects always tell me how impressed they are when contacting me. I don't understand why ANY business would not use Smith.ai

Smith.ai is fantastic. I run a solo law firm, and they allow me to seem like a serious professional rather than being the guy who answers his own phones (no offense to those of you that do!). They're affordable for small operators like myself, they take instruction very well, and they actually put in the legwork of finding holes in your intake script to make sure they know how to respond in a given circumstance. One of the things I really like is they also don't take down copious details to try to follow some word-for-word script (though they might do this if you asked, I don't know); they're real humans and talk to your clients. I even had a referral contact I was working with tell me "I had no idea they were not part of your office!" Smith is also awesome because it integrates with my law practice software, so every non-spam call gets recorded to the appropriate client matter. It's so, so, so cool. I cannot recommend Smith.ai highly enough.
