Cream is ok but it will not heal for good and you have to use every day for your rest of your life.When you stop using it psoriazis come back again. For any one expect to receive the special offer if you order 2 times you can forget about receiving any offer because you will not receive anything. They miss to inform people for a reason of course...- 1 star....

I made an order in December, after not receiving my items I emailed customer support, they got back to me to explain my order had been delivered successfully!! I have not received my order and instead of trying to resolve the issue they keep telling me to track my items on the shipping’s companies website which is impossible to understand and less then helpful, they’ve refused to offer a refund or send out my order again. I’m less then happy with the service and I’ve now lost money

Ordered foot cream. According to the tracker this has been sat in the UK since September. Have emailed several times and get told the same thing everytime. That there's a backlog and I need to be patient. Absolute joke of a company and now they won't refund me for goods I have not received

Steer well clear of this company!! Despite my numerous complaints and being a first time customer have still not received my first multiple order, just ignored or dismissed time and time again. A classic case study of how not to look after customers!!!! Many others have previously said it's a scam, am now beginning to think it is too, even if they honour a few orders just to make it look legitimate!! Have been ignored for weeks now. Be very careful dealing with this organisation. They have no concept of customer service and what it means!!
