When I ordered, the web site managed to more than double the order and the customer service was so slow to respond that the order had been shipped before they even provided me with an order number so I could request them to correct the error. They refuse to accept a return. This company is a scam artist - do not buy from them!

It’s definitely got steroids in it , you might find it works fast , but psoriasis may come back worse , it’s definitely not a permanent fix, issues with deliveries too

Steroid cream in this product do not use if you have eczema it will come back worse and thin your skin.

This is a scam... I ordered this product in Oct 2021 and have still not received it. After countless frustrating emails they said they will resend another batch with a new tracking number... Huh I'm still waiting.... From the reviews it surely looks like a scam

Pls don't buy I ordered 2tubes direct from smile and joys website 4 months before they sent genuine product then 2 weeks before ordered from smile and joys again 4 tubes but they sen fake product not genuine. contacted customer service they refused to refund or accept return. don't buy.

Total rip of. The tube is tiny with hardly any cream in it. Have to squeeze so hard for a dot amount, disgusting and so shameful for a business.

First batch they sent was not a bad product, I then make a large order and the entire batch is defective, not a cream but a odd liquid mess. Customer support refuse to acknowledge the issues despite video evidence opening brand new tubes. Chargeback initiated. Avoid.
