Greed over ADA Guidelines
Went to one of their locations called “Brookridge Dentistry”. I had a terrible experience at Brookridge Dental. I went in for a standard dental cleaning, but they refused to perform it. Instead, they insisted I needed a Scaling & Planing procedure, which would cost me $800. I made it clear that I couldn’t afford such an expensive procedure, but they still refused to do the general cleaning I requested. This refusal to provide a basic service clearly shows their greed. I will be reporting their refusal to my insurance company and the state dental boards. Avoid this place if you value your time and money!
