Worked for the company and they are a very scratchy group of people along with their products. Cheap and not worth the hassle wouldn’t recommend

Worst night guards ever. I ordered and was send 4 night guards. At night I woke up choking since the night guard seems to disintegrate. I sent a note to customer service and they hid behind a 45 day refund policy instead of trying to solve the problem. A poor product, bad service and horrible company. Stay away.

Awful service! Rude, disrespectful, shipping is a nightmare. A reorder took over 2 weeks and they already had the mold. Ridiculous. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered a kit. I ordered a mouthguard kit. It comes and is to small. I send a message telling them that and that I want a refund. They reply that the size up and refuse to acknowledge the part with the refund. I send 3 more messages which are ignored. So I call during business hours and all I get is a machine. 4 days later I get a message they can send me a new kit. By this point I had to go through my bank and the BBB. I had to report them and am in the process of contacting the FTC. Don't bother. Once they have your money. They don't care and will do anything to hold on to it.

At this point I can only assume they are a scam company. I have emailed and called 4 times with no response in the past two weeks. My last message to them was that I will be filing a fraud claim at my bank. My problem: The mold taking Trays are way too small for my very petite adult daughter. Which is weird to say the least. We have an upcoming deadline for her teeth to be whitened before a procedure so got screwed in that regard. If you want something timely and legit don’t go with Smile Brilliant!

Their customer service is pretty pathetic. I got very generic and short, one sentence responses to complex questions. I got my order super fast (to Toronto), literally two days after ordering. But I got charged $23 in customs/duties on an already $57 USD= $121 CAD order, making the total order costs $144 CAD. I got the 9 refills of whitening gel, which historically was the best whitening for my teeth I’ve ever used, but they have significantly increased prices over the years. Shipping to Canada was also free at one point, and they had coupon codes. Now they disabled codes during sales, and the % off is quite low. I hope the quality of the whitening gel is unchanged… the packaging changed from individual boxes to plastic packaging for every 3 refills. After using the whitening gel… I have had very insignificant results after 7 sessions. I’m quite disappointed. I will continue to whiten, but it’s a tedious task for such little payoff. I’m disappointed in the current quality of whitening gel, which is supposed to be the same - 22% carbamide. I also don’t smoke or drink, and have minimal staining, so I’m not sure what the issue is. I follow the instructions and leave the gel on each session for 3 hours and I am still barely seeing any staining lift.

Beware! Shipping takes ages. I still have not received the kit that I ordered weeks ago. Radio silence from customer support after several attempts to get them to help me. I'm about to move, and fear I may have just wasted $180. You're better off just going to the dentist and paying for professional whitening.
