Can not get response re: order. No phone # available. Found recent reviews that give cause for concern. Going to give them another 24 hours to respond. Would not recommend “Smileboxy” at this time. Will follow up with details.

Same as the other review you have, I ordered a 14" tablet only to receive a 10" screen, I have escalated this with Smileboxy but no reply from them as yet, I have also involved the credit card provider to get a refund

i ordered what i thought was a 14 inch tablet to get a 10 inch tablet.to be fair all the advertising says 14 inch screen but the invoice says 10 inch tablet.so kind of fishy.
