The company know as Smileboxy offered a great product at the time prior to purchase. The product was a tablet , no bigger than the apple iPad. Displaying great reviews and operating capabilities far from known competitors. Product received with delay until questioned of whereabouts, once received identified stress cracks within and throughout tablet. Again further details provided as requested. Still waiting on response from supplier $$$ spent,

If I could give a zero I would ! Dreadful . I ordered a CD player for Christmas for £99.99 . It does not work at all, although charged as instructed ! I have been sending e-mails to someone called Windy asking for total refund for faulty goods. So far the best I can get is they will give me 10% back and I can keep the useless product . Or I return but a responsible for all of postage etc. I thought when I purchased I was dealing with a UK company . On my payment transaction it shows as Smileboxy UK. They also want a video to show fault ! However as it does not work and I don’t want it anyway as poor quality I do not know what to do . Have sent them a copy of the consumer act about faulty goods and it does not appear to apply to them !!

Terrible, I bought an expensive e-reader as a gift. It is very poor quality, feels cheap and doesn't even connect to Internet. I though company was in Ireland, but came from China. There is a different product name on e-reader than was it was sold as, I now see the product on Amazon for less than 1/4 of the price. Do not shop with this company. There were scam reviews on the Internet recommending the device that are not visible now.

I ordered an ebook. It was left on my doorstep where my labrador got at it and destroyed it. I contacted Smileboxy and of course, they passed the book to the delivery company. However the responsibility of the item purchased relies solely on the vendor. I did not receive the item in proper condition. They refuse to compensate me.

You may think this is a uk company since the website is smileboxy uk com but don't be fooled this company is based in China and charges extortionate prices for items that you can probably purchase in Argos etc for 1/3 of the price. They charge £35 to send back plus 15% of product price. This company are fraudsters. DO NOT USE I purchased a cd player and I had a better one in the early 90s the sound quality is a joke. I purchased as a gift so really really unhappy that all I got for my £100 was a piece of plastic *hit that sounds naff.

Waiting on a cd player cany get a reply and cannot track delivery

Bought a CD player, it won’t hold a charge! I have been requesting return and have been informed that I will have to pay for delivery and return plus a15% handling fee. All this for sometime that is defective in the first place.

I ordered an e-reader and never received the product. I requested a refund and had a great deal of trouble getting the company to respond to me. My bank finally did a charge back and my money was returned. I'm not sure that they actually sell products. Their customer service is terrible and they appear to have numerous fake reviews under different names, encouraging people to buy their products
