Tablet will not take a charge, tablet was mis advertised on many fronts, return policy is absurd!

Totally bogus company 😒 They took my money and processed the order in 24 hours. I never heard from them again. 😤

Further to my review 5 days ago, I've now picked up my SmileBoxy CD. As other customers have found, it is a cheap, shoddily made product, not fit for purpose. I wrote asking for a refund, only to receive a long and deliberately off-putting message about the so-called refund process which I will paste in here. DON'T BUY FROM SMILEBOXY. DO NOT BUY!!! I made a mistake checking only one site review on the product ( portable CD player), which probably is a paid review site . Wanted to see how much would be with tax and delivery and accidentally placed an order. According to the company’s terms and conditions posted on their site , you can cancel order within 24 hrs. I sent them email within minutes of placing an order cancelling. They responded 3 days after that they already shipped the product. I asked to cancel shipment and refund. Three weeks later nothing happened. I finally received a product, which I will be returning right away. It does not even have a brand packaging, just some cheap crap Off Temu. Horrible customer service. Scam-my tactics and pushing cheap ass generic product for hundreds of dollars . Please do bot make the same Mistake Update: finally the product was delivered . I contacted the company and told them I will return for a full refund. They said “ no, since you accepted it you need to follow regular refund order” . Which they did not specify- you cannot return on their site. They product is a generic Chinese garbage, cheaply made worth $20. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are scammers.

Too Slow!!! Low battery life. Delivery very slow, no stylus although it wax advertised

I realized this company is a scam an hour after I placed my order. I replied asking them to cancel my order and refund me. In their terms and conditions they say they wait 3 days before sending an order so I shouldn’t have any of their restocking and admin charges. They’ve gone quiet. No reply. No contact phone number. Nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is the worst tab i have ever seen Wanted the 14 inch got a 10 inch. As for the camera s its joke how bad it is Plus if you wish to return it it cost+restocking at 20% I will never buy from them again.uutter rubish

I paid $400 for a tablet that has trouble connecting/maintaining internet connection once established. I'm going to attempt to return it and get reimbursed....
