Appauling service!!!! I bought the CD player for $149 - this item did not charge and is unusable!! I am going to throw it out. When I tried to contact Smileboxy via email to the support email box provided on their website (several times), chat and phone I did not get a response of any kind, not even an acknowledgement of receipt!! My advice is ... don't waste your money!!!!

I ordered a preduct from Smilebox.com, then decided to simply cancel the order after discovering the exact same product elsewhere for around 30% of their "bargain" price. After several email exchanges, I was told my cancellation had been approved and would be receiving my refund within 10 - 15 business days. It's been way longer than that now, and after another inquiry was told "it was being processed" and I should be "patient". I suspect just another ... jerk around.

Do not order from Smilboxy. Deceptive advertising Prices are astronomical. I think they are a sham organization. I bought an item that was supposed to come in a few days. Weeks. I tried to cancel it beforevit shipped. Would not let me. It was advertised as a bird repellant. Itvis not a bird repellant it is a pest repellant. Its made out of plastic. They charged 5 x more than other places are charging. I buy often online and know how to spot scams . I am surprised I did not catch this. STAY AWAY

Needed a quick replacement tablet for my business presentations and looked at suggested tablets on tech websites...Smileboxy was number 1. I ordered it and did not see any negative reviews on a quick search. The tablet arrived and was not near any of the specs that was advertised on their site. I contacted them immediately and asked them to fix the issue. No response. I contacted again. No respone. I contacted my card issuer to open a dispute with all the communcatation from my end and screenshots of the specs that I ordered vs. the specs of the device I received. The issued a refund. Smileboxy then contacted me almost a month later threatening legal charges saying I'd gotten their tablet and a refund had been issued. I needed to pay them or spend the $85 AUD to ship it back. I then responded with all the previous communication I'd sent them; no response. They contacted a week later; I sent the same reply; no response. They then contacted me last week saying they were moving it to debt collection and had their entire tech and legal team look over what was sent and I got exactly what I ordered. There has been no ownership of the shoddy product nor acknowledgement of the discrepancies on the advertisement versus the actual product delivery. Such a joke.

I went online to find out the Five best tablets, and Smileboxy was at number 1, so I thought it must be good when it claimed to be better than an Apple iPad. I sent for it. I needed it mostly for zoom meetings, but when I tried to get into zoom, it was terrible. I contacted Smileboxy and said asked to send it back and get a refund. I got absolutely nowhere. Then other things started to go wrong. Unfortunately like all the other reviews I got the same answers. I contacted my bank, emailed alĺ of the emails I had sent them, and Smileboxy had sent me. They refunded my money and told me they would take it up with the Hong Kong company. I've tried to contact Google to have it taken off the site, but is still there. Don't know if anyone else have contacted their bank as this is definitely a scam.

If I could leave less than a 1-star review I would. This product was ordered to repel birds and was advertised as safe for animals. However, once the product was received, the box says it repels dogs and cats. That is not what a want for my household pets. The process of trying to return this product has been absolutely miserable. Constant emails wanting pictures of the boxes, labels, tracking numbers, etc. They should have all this information based on the order number that was provided. I am now told that I can return the products, but I will be responsible for shipping costs to return to Hong Kong and a 15% handling fee will also be deducted. The return process will take one month. I need to provide them with the return tracking number. If the return is held up in customs and cannot be cleared, they won't process my return. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!
