Hi, thanks for your review. We checked your order history and the service you selected was clearly marked as No Refill / No Guarantee. These types of services are cheaper but they do not include drop protection, which is why we can’t restore followers after delivery. If you need guaranteed or stabilized results, please choose one of our Refill or Guaranteed services next time – those are covered for drops and stay much more consistent.
