Thank you for the great rating, and for purchasing our Add-A-Stat. We also offer the FreezeFreeHose to help with running water during freezing weather.

It looks good, It will need below freezing temperatures to test it this winter. I installed Solar for 18 years and this product appears well-designed and was easy to install.

From order processing-shipping all was very good considering other companies are having huge shipping delays due to the COVID issues. Thank you 1for your promptness with my order. Teresa Gale

Ordered garden hose reversing kit. Received 1/8 male pipe to 1/8 tubing connectors. Emailed the seller and never got a response. Had to reorder from someone else.

Hello Mark. Sorry about the mix up. We have no record of receiving an email from you. It is possible you emailed it to the other site with similar spelling to ours, a common mistake. We stand behind all our products and any mistakes we make, we're only human, and we will make right. We found your order and we will send you the correct item immediately. Please accept our apology.

I ordered 10 or so training bumpers. Had them less than a week, found holes from the factory in them as well as valves falling out...high quality rubber is the saving grace.

They seem well made and saved me from reversing my whole garden hose system. I was installing a garden hose filter that needed to run in a specific direction. Instead of having to move all my garden hoses around, I bought these and installed my filter.

Some of the bumpers were to hard and would be dangerous to have a dog fetch.
Response from SmartTechProductsMay 27, 2020
Hello Brandon. Sorry you feel the bumpers are too hard for your dog but we have never had anyone feel they are "dangerous". The bumpers you purchased are the low cost 2nd's and are the imperfect ones off our assembly that do not go through the same stringent quality control process as our retail supplies of bumpers. Please reach out to us and give us a chance to make it right.
