The techs and device are great but…
The techs and device are great but support is useless once you want to remove it. They make you call a number to schedule and even though my documents have been sent 4 times since 12/5, they keep telling me to wait 5 business days and say they don't have my documents, that they need to coke from someone not responsible for the removal, they don’t make sense or answer questions. You have to repeat a question 10 times before they answer and the phone tree hang up on you when you choose to hold to speak to someone. When you use an install option you get right through for more run around about needing me to do everything again bc it hasn't been done yet!
