I used SmartPress for calendar printing and I was really nervous about the quality and color accuracy of my artwork for the calendar. Well, my worries were for nothing because Smartpress blew me away! The calendars are BEAUTIFUL, great quality, packaged wonderfully and the color accuracy is spot on. I will be using Smartpress again!

I printed some 5.5 x 4.25 folded notecards for a client... and they turned out great! My client is micro business / solopreneur so budget is a concern but the price was right on the mark, free blanks envelopes, and the turnaround was fantastic! Perhaps most importantly (well to me anyway) is that I was able to print on the front cover, back cover and the inside, and at a true notecard size (unlike some other online printers). Overall an excellent and easy transaction.

I’ve ordered from Smartpress many times, and every experience has been excellent. My most recent order was the first time I encountered an issue: even though I selected and paid for a hard proof, the full order was printed and shipped instead. The books themselves were beautifully done, but we had wanted a hard proof specifically to check paper quality—and the paper wasn’t quite what we needed. When I reached out to customer service, the initial response wasn’t what I had hoped for. They offered a small discount but couldn’t do much more at the time. I later filled out a survey explaining the situation, not expecting anything to come from it. I was completely blown away by what happened next. Not only did Smartpress reach back out to me, but they went above and beyond anything I imagined. They reprinted my entire order for free, expedited the shipping, and even upgraded the paper stock at no additional cost—exactly what we had originally hoped to preview. Hailey, in particular, showed remarkable professionalism and care throughout the process. Her level of customer service turned what started as a frustrating situation into a reminder of why I’ve trusted Smartpress for so long. Smartpress didn’t just fix a problem—they earned my loyalty for life. I absolutely love this company and will continue using them for all my printing needs.
