Took forever all because of issues created by Smartpress. Not happy. UPDATE: Originally I gave one star (see comment above) but they have reached out and made it right. Mistakes are made at times,- it's what you do about it that counts in my book. I'm leaving it at 4 stars for now. I will give them another shot. If my experience last time was a one-off mistake, I intend to come back and make it 5 stars.

we ordered calendars, while the option on the screen when you customize your order has the options to create a good product, there are no clear descriptions for someone who does not deal with printing on a daily, for example the numbers and description on the thickness of paper is not clear for someone not in the industry. this lead to us getting an incorrect product and while smartpress did take initiative and redid the order with the correct prompts i think this could have been avoided with clearer options. the quality of the calendars is great.

The personalized attention to detail and availability is what sold me on using SmartPress. The quality was excellent, too! Turnaround time and email communication were a bit slower than expected, but overall, I would recommend and will work with them again.

My brochures turned out great but I was fortunate that they were not ruined. When they arrived, I was home and grabbed them from an area that was very wet due to rain. Had I not been home, the cardboard box they were shipped in would have been soaked through and nothing would have been protecting them on the inside. They were so beautiful. Please protect them from the elements when you ship.

Labels turn out gray instead of the taupe color sent in the files but other than that they are great labels and still look very nice on my products.

Smartpress made the submission of my reorder very easy and seamless
