The pre-sales experience with the live person via chat was great. My person answered all my questions and was awesome. I did not like the AI chat bot. It would respond with the canned answers that were in the description or FAQ and that is why I put 4 stars. The people assigned/responding to my canvas print order were amazing too. They asked if I had a deadline and let me know about the longer leadtime for the proof. Also, I got a freight quote so I would know the exact price that I was paying. The 3 prints looked fantastic in the showroom. Overall it was a great experience.

Our collateral prints came out well. The paper weight was really nice, the colors rendered accurately. I wish that SmartPress offered a pre-press check BEFORE purchasing the product to make sure everything is going well in the design process, that would make SmartPress superior to other print companies out there.

The book marks were packed fabulously, however about half of one version are scratched or damaged in some way, despite being in the middle of the deck of book marks. UPDATE: After leaving this feeback on my experience, Smartpress reached out and reprinted the damaged book marks. It was a very easy experience. The new book marks are in much better condition, though not all of them were perfect. The scratches aren't as bad, but certainly there even on book marks deep in the nicely packaged stack. Still, the overall quality was good enough to be used. I'll look at exploring a different finish for the next batch I need printed.

Short run 2nd order of some large sized brochures. My client received the pieces directly and was thrilled with the results. Very pleased. Happy client. Good job!

Love their service and attention to detail.

The design was exactly what I expected and they looked great, however 40 of my 120 booklets were misprinted. But the team was super helpful in getting it corrected and I had all printed correctly by the date I needed them!
