When I needed a specialty booklet, the Smartpress staff worked with me to create and refine it. Then, because of a small error on my part, I needed a reprint, for which Smartpress offered me a 20 percent discount. There was a small delay in shipping the reprint, and Smartpress compensated for the delay by shipping the reprint quickly and eliminating all further charges--completely unexpected, and exceptional customer service, and warm, clear communication from start to finish.

I needed business cards quickly for a show that was coming up, Jacob was able to push the order through and my cards were ready in a couple of days. It was a great experience! Top notch service as always.
